HTEC systems uses a classic approach to construction - that being one of massive overruns and woeful estimation, even on small projects in which they are supposedly experts.

Pay close attention to the principal and you'll soon feel slimy as the ooze of dishonesty and lack of capable stewardship becomes clear.

Remember, they could care less about project completion because once they start, they'll charge you whatever they want..

The author of the complaint ("Nowhere Georgia") was in a partnership (known as "The Company") with a person described in Ripoff Report #757143 (please note the day, time and author of both reports).  In 2007, The Company received a technical services contract from the government.  Htec Systems was hired as a subcontractor to provide the technical expertise.  During the course of the project, The Company was unable to pay the subcontractors, including Htec Systems, for reasons unknown.  Ultimately, Htec Systems completed the project (not just its contractual responsiblities).

It is Htec Systems' understanding that in 2011, The Company is still experiencing legal issues from this project.

The author of this report ("Nowhere Georgia") had a professional relationship (together known as "The Company") with the person in report #757143 (please note the day, time and author of each report).  In 2007, after receiving a government contract for technical professional services, The Company hired Htec Systems AS A SUBCONTRACTOR to perform the technical work.  Soon after the project started, The Company's books indicated irregularities.  The Company was removed from the project and Htec Systems stepped in to complete the project.

It is my understanding the The Company is still experiencing legal issues today (2011) stemming from the 2007 project.
