The program does not work. They want you to turn off your anti-virus and firewall did that and still does not work. Their site has a 100% satisfaction sign on the page thay say refund is by request and they may or may not honor it their support is none; no email response, trouble shooting is bunk. They want file and print sharing on remote connection, anti-virus firewall and guest account on or tweaked to their settings. This is bull and a rip-off! Beware!
