I contacted Jason Kennedy to see if he would help me with a couple of phones that needed to be provisioned. He said he would/could help me. We agreed on a price and shared contact information. He has a Website and reportedly is a PagePlus dealer. I waited for him to get a time to help me. He gave me several times that he seemed to not be able to follow through on. Swore he would call. Swore it was a fluke and that his customer service was never as bad as it was with me. I gave him information about three phones and he said he would get that information input. I sent him a PayPal payment of $85 which was more than I wanted to spend but he said the price would go down as our relationship grew. At one point after I gave him the phone information, he told me I could not sell one of the three phones to a person who was in my home because he had it "done". I was not really thinking about it much because I was just trusting him and truly interested in following through with my "deal" so I did not sell the phone. I told him at the time that I would just buy another phone and he would be able to provision it. We would still have the three. He did not want me to sell the phone to my customer. Afterwards it occurred to me that there had not been anything "done" yet and he cost me the sell. I mentioned that to him several times and received zero response to that problem. I attempted to hook up two of the phones, (again, thinking they were "done", and again trusting Jason rather than using my brain) and they of course would not hook up because they had not been provisioned yet. He had me download a program called logmein so he could "run" my computer while we provisioned the phones remotely. We finally got together and he was logged onto my computer. He had other things happening so he was to call me rite back. I did not get a call. He texted later and said his daughter had broken something. I said that is terrible and wished her a fast recovery, etc. He then offered me a time during the day the next day to get back to this. I work days; he had not been listening evidently beforehand. We set an appointment the next night. No call, no message. I finally got a message or a call and he told me that this is rare rare and that he swears the next time we do phones it will be streamline and quick and successful, etc. etc. I tried at least two more times. Once he called when we had an appointment and I could hear in the background that he was helping someone who was having trouble being helpful to Jason with the process. He swore he would call me back. I waited till 1:30 A.M. just in case because by this time I was sooo done with this crap of being put off and lied to, I thought he might call. He was given one more chance and again I received no message or call at the selected appointment time. After that I told him I had given him enough opportunities and asked for a portion of the money I gave him just to be done with him. He did not comply. After that I sent him message after message. Texts, emails, voicemails, he did not replay nor answer his phone. At that point I told him I wanted all of my $85 back. I just tried to call him one last time before I went to the trouble to report this to this site. It is close to $100 so it is worth my trouble to do whatever I need to do to get it back. Including legal action and I am surely due some pain and suffering and attorney’s fees.
