I subscribed to this companies offer located at http://sparkolpack.com  The owners name is Dean Rodd he also owns rabbitanimate.com  ProVideoScribe.Inc and many other sites just google rabbitanimate.  My sister had previously purchased this service as well.  Mr Dean Rodd ended up cancelling my sister service because on his site he claimed more then 3000 graphics with more added every month.  My sister wrote several times becaause there was only about 1500 graphics and he never added any after that.  Mr Rodd one day just cancelled her service because he felt she did not have the right to ask why there were no promised updates.  When I joined his site I found the same problem he would take my monthly money and not add any graphics, every month I had to write and beg for him to upload them.  This would eventually get done but of course its annoying to have to write support everymonth to find out when its goint to get done.  This month it was only about a week before they were going to withdraw my money again and so I wrote.  Mr Rodd wrote back that he was cancellin my account because I was the only one to complain and he called me JOHN or said my real name was SUE he said he knew this because I had the same IP address as SUE my sister.  Let me point out SUE is my SISTER who lives in the ame residence as 4 other people so of course we have the same IP but are definately not the same person.  This guy simpy gets annoyed when you question where your product is that you pay for every month.  !!!

hi, my name is Dean, owner of SparkolPack.com. the website selling SVG file for sparkol user, it's monthly membership, and each month there will be new SVG uploaded.

as for this customer, Sue or John. Here's my explanation :

My sister had previously purchased this service as well.  Mr Dean Rodd ended up cancelling my sister service because on his site he claimed more then 3000 graphics with more added every month.  My sister wrote several times becaause there was only about 1500 graphics and he never added any after that.  Mr Rodd one day just cancelled her service because he felt she did not have the right to ask why there were no promised updates.

his 'sister', Sue, did subscribe in sparkolpack on September, and complaining about 1500 graphics, I explain that it's on the way, and if she want to wait. she prefer to ask for refund. so I refund her. that's in September

in October, she re-register again, upgrade, but because I'm have no interested in having business with her anymore, I refund her again. and block him. anyway, the SVG is already 3000+ in that month.

and here's the brother, John. register, and his first complain is in December, yap, just 1 month ago. the thing is, I promise my members that I will upload the SVG EVERY SINGLE MONTH, but I NEVER give the exact date, I sometimes upload in early time of the month, sometimes in the end. but I always upload each month.

This month it was only about a week before they were going to withdraw my money again and so I wrote.  Mr Rodd wrote back that he was cancellin my account because I was the only one to complain and he called me JOHN or said my real name was SUE he said he knew this because I had the same IP address as SUE my sister.

this month SVG already uploaded, but I refund and block John's membership first of course. I refund his money, so he have no right to get the SVG. fair, right? I don't cancel his account and not refunding. I refund all the money that isn't mine. last month he got his SVG, so he pay for it. this month I refund him, so no SVG for him.

he said that Sue and him have same IP, but when I check my support area, he complain about he can't login because of "503: Service Temporarily Unavailable, Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!, Please contact Support if you need assistance" message. which mean, his account is used in MULTI IP ADDRESS, maybe the account is shared, I don't know. but it's absolutely not because Sue and John have same IP

why I think John is Sue ?, because John replying my support email with Sue's email. I upload the screenshot for you

another thing, John send me this message :

"Also I will now go to my buddys house in a bit and have him sign up for me under his paypal then and use his ip so no problem. Word of mouth will get around about rabbit animate and all your other sites and areas on the web, so have a great day,"

so, now John STILL WANT to be my member, even he must use his buddy paypal account and IP ?, another threat from John

"Thanks for supplying your portfolios on your site as well, I will also be contacting your clients with my opinion of your services and let them know your work ethics."

so he will contact all my clients and complain about this.

last thing is ..

"Its now THE 15th and NO NEW SPARKOL PACK LITE SVGs !!! Please either provide these or upgrade me for a month at no charge to the full pack so I may have what I paid for"

he is raging, and want his membership (he's on LITE pack, $4.9 a month) to be upgraded to full membership ($24.9 a month).

My points are :

  1. I refund all his/her money, I upload the SVG like I promise but I did cancel his membership and refund his/her money. I don't ripping off him/her, I didn't take his/her money and cancel his membership
  2. John/Sue claim that they have same IP, but S2Member told me that his account locked because there are "Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!"
  3. John/Sue still want to be my membership, even that means s/he should use his buddy paypal account and IP address
  4. John/Sue want FREE full upgrade and claim that as his/her right as customer

I have all the evidences, and I upload it for you. I always refund all my member that is not satisfied with my services. some even get double refund. but I will always cancel an account from person that I don't want to have business with and block them out. because that's my right to do so.

there always a customer that take most of your time but give smallest part in your earning. and what should you do with it is cut the business with them, and focus on your bigger client. that's the basic of 90/10 rule I think. Yes, I don't want to have business with people that annoy me too much. but in the other hand, I always refund their money.

Again, I'm not ripping anyone. I don't steal anyone's money. I refund all the money that isn't mine.
