Vitaluna an alias (Jill Marie Jones) Lives in a rental in Robinson, Pennsylvania originally from Hopewell, Pennsylvania Claims to be a Private-Money Note Broker, PA Notary Public Services - Real Estate / Mortgage Closings, Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales Licensee, real estate investor, Rent-to-own broker, and a Party Planner. - Comes from a bad childhood from a large poor family,Daughter of a steel worker!

Does not get along with or communicates with any of her family. No children of her own, divorced once. Does not have a job,but works from home scamming.

 Began accounting for a real property business in 1988 for a one man office and she was having an affair with the married man at that time. -

First business, Vita International Products, in 1993 international distribution & sales that failed. -

Then created very first online event network of over 3,500 professionals in 1998. SplashMax that went nowhere. -

Started real estate investing in 2002 and has nothing to show but her bad credit and lawsuits from creditors after her. Can not have an overdraft line on her bank account. -

Establishing 2nd website 2009 for information Wealth Investments that also failed..

 Specialties she claims: Creating/Analyzing; P/L, markets, networks and marketing,but has no formal education but high school! WARNING: She uses several web sites to steal your money,promising you results in private equity funding,mortgage loans,private note sales,selling your home or finding you a home to buy. She has no mortgage broker license.

Do not deal with her. Check local court records,she has been sued many times. Was living in a low rent boarding house with 5 others when I worked with her.

 I have lost $10,000 in "application fees" and time to her already and in the two years I dealt with her she provided nothing but drama and excuses for her delays in helping me fund my project. She can not be trusted,drinks and does drugs to excess,into porn,will expose herself on skype to others and associates herself with known felons and underworld types in her area of Pennsylvania. She is an extremely heavy set fat divorced bi-polar woman and loves to eat all the time.

She only signs agreements in an alias (not her real name) of Jill Jones, a name she had once when married long ago. Ask for her ID and she will not provide. She has a police record for drunk driving and other arrests. Always late for appointments,never on time. Do your own research and beware! She claims to be have an high IQ,but can not spell nor use proper English. This is a bad person. I have reported her to the FBI and I am sure they will arrest her soon!

It is disturbing that you can think of such things and bring in a grandmother aspect is downright offensive. Your intention of hurting me has worked. I hope that you are happy.

I did not know either of my grandmothers they both passed before I was born. Your other posts were humorous because they are obviously lies but this one is just sick. I think that you may need professional help.

Keep writing them though because there is more correlation between the timing of these reports and the rebuttals of the report that I wrote on you. More proof of who you really are.

I am an old lady retired 3rdgrade schoolteacherin my 70's with health issues and no living family.My husband passed years ago and my son was killed in Nam.


I rented a smallplace from Jill for almost year in 2009 from an ad I saw in the freewant ads paper. Sure she was all nice at first,even picked me up at my oldapartment that was being sold to make way for a drug store here,as I do not drive and the bus is so scary for me. Her rent was verylow and it was close to my grocery store and McDonalds that I could walk. I was so happy.

 

I thought it odd she wanted cash.She told me stories of how she loves her grandmother and I reminded her of her grandmother,then I find out she never knew her grandmother froma lady at my church and that Jill comes from a bad family with lots of drunks,trouble and abuse. My church ladyeven told me that Jill was put ina foster home when her drunk steel workerfather beat her mother all the timefor a while.


Well,I told her I would give her a money orderonlyand then she wanted me to deposit directly into her bank account and said the money order was my receipt,when I asked her for one. She was so nice at first that I did what she said,before I found this stuff out about her and she started to put it to me. She wanted my social security check signed over to her monthly and she would pay me back the difference. I of course told her not over my dead body!

I had to go to court,hire an attorneyand spend money I did not have to get my deposit back and some of my stuff she stole out my place when I was at the store and thenlocked in a storage area to try to control me.

She demanded I pay her higher rent that was almost double of what the 6 month lease thatshe demanded on renewal. I had mice and bugs in my placealso,thepumping was poor and backed upand she just laughed about it and did nothing. She said "it is your problem you old b***h"
She is a big fatlady and I feared she would hit me,as she raised her hand to me once and said she should just smack me into shape. I was so scared I could not sleep at night and took a knife to bed under my pillow and had to drag a heavychair in front of my door each night.

 

She refused to fix anything in my place after many calls. You can check the court records in her name and see our case. I want to keep my name off here. I even filed a complaint with the health department about how dirty she had my place and about the mice and that is of record also. I also called the BBB and filed a complaint. They said they have had many others about her and they are allunanswered.

I am not making this stuff up,as it is easy to research on the records to see. I am going to the news stations and newspapersnow to tell my story.

I hope Jill gets jail time someday as she is a bad person and with a bad reputation. I suffered a lot because of her. I had to move again.

I found Jill on Linkedin,then on facebookand had her look at my hotel project.The photo postedlooks nothing like her and might be an old photo from many years ago.





I found her unprofessional and unknowledgeable in commercial funding.





I had a skype call with her after a few emailsand she was aheavy set big ladyin a tee shirt,in a home setting with cats running around,television on the background,she wasdrinking what looked like whisky,hair all pulled back and messyandwas notvery presentable at all. I was shocked and made the call short!





She also wanted $150,000.00 cash wired to her for her due diligence with my submission. Her forms have so many missspellings and poor sentence structure. She said she is a Realtor,Landlord and was a finance company employee. All are not very high level professions. She is arough one.





I did not move forward with her and found a legitimate knowledgeable lending source for my project.





Beware of her and do not use her in any way for anything!





I also filed a report with the FBI.

At first I was bothered by that David wrote but it is so obvious that this person is out for pure evil retribution that any person with any intelligence would be able to see right through it.

So if you simply apply the opposite of each sentence you will know who I am as well as the true character of Dave for saying such things. I am glad that he wrote this because this report shows his true nature and only proves what I wrote previously about him to be true and more so. I hope that you will be careful and avoid him.
