I ordered 2 Ralph Lauren dresses from this website.  The website looks totally legitimate (no hint that it is foreign i.e. poor English in description, etc)  There is a clear policy on returns and refunds.  I now realize that there is no actual address or phone number.  The only way to contact them is by email.

I received my package about a week after I ordered.  I opened the package to find 4 items (3 Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts and 1 Ralph Lauren Tank Top) - I had obviously received someone elses order.  There was no itemized list or any paperwork in the package.  The EMS shipping label was the only paperwork - it was mostly in Chinese.

I immediately emailed them asking for a return shipping address, assuming I could return them and hopefully get what I had ordered.  I received an email stating they were sorry, but they would need me to take pictures of the wrong items to prove that's what I received.  I took the photos and sent them to them.

Following is a copy of the email they sent back:

hello Sorry for the inconvenience.thanks for your feedback.We sent you the right shirts,Very sorry for express company's fault. This case rare happened before. Thinking about high shipping cost. We need ur understand. Would u try to resell to ur friends or give to ur friends as a gift. Wed like to give u a nice discount coupon as a compensation in the future shopping.Any question,please contact us freelyThanks @Best Regards!Your sincerelyCustomer Service Department
