My wife ordered a purse through coach factory outlets .  She has made several purchases through Coach's outlet stores but they were out of the item she was looking for so she went online.  The website looks good with all the accredidations that you expect and they use all Coach logos and Coach photos.  When we recieved the items our first clue was the packaging and address lable with a Shanghi address. The bag is obviously counterfit with strings hanging off and a really cheap thin leatherlook plastic material for the handle connections and zipper trim and only a slight resemblance to the photo.  We are now working with our credit card company for a resolution.
