I bought a Laptop from this company almost a year ago within the first 3 months I got the blue scree. I had to pay to ship it back, they resent me another one about a month later and within 1 month I got another Blue screen. I again had to pay to send that one back. I got a new one and 3 days later my keyboard wouldn't work. So I told them to just mail the motherboard and I will install it, well taht didn't work because they sent me the wrong one. I then asked for a return label, their product ids abviously not good. So I mailed it back and expected a refund well after 2 months i called and spoke to Pamela the Owner, where she informed me they mailed it out 3 weeks prior, I never recieved it so I asked for her to cancel the one check she sent and re-issue another one. She then hangs up on me and refuses to answer my phone calls or emails. it has now been 3 months with no refund... Pamela has no idea how to run a company and should not be stealing hard working people's money.
