www.idtrue.com is a fraud site. It lists incorrect aliases of people, not even the right gender often, it has nothing but a front, everything else once you sign a membership is handled in a boiler room sales envronment that can be reached at an 800 number but the problem is they will not refund you even for canceled accounts, they will continue to charge your account until you cancel your credit card. www.idtrue.com has two email addresses, support@idtrue.com which is supposedly their legal department, but they do not answer, not even to legal requests with supporting legal documents, privacy@idtrue.com is the customer service email and they do not answer. The supervisor on the boiler room sales floor admitted they cannot even get answers. 

There are many complaints all over the internet about www.idtrue.com they do not offer a service, they have incorrect information and incorrect names listed for people, they also do not give refunds and all the service does is refer you to other data brokerage companies

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OR GO TO THE FTC WEBSITE AND FILE A COMPLAINT AND ALSO WRITE TO GODADDY, THEIR WEB HOST WHOM THEY HIDE BEHIND (OWNER IS UNKOWN) AT abuse@godadddy.com

Perhaps eventually they will get taken down.
