We own a business and where going over are bank acound and found a charge from this company. we have never heard of them nor did we ever sign up for a "free credit report". When i got in contact with them i got the run around from there representatives about how they have a business to protect and they have to investigate are claim. they refunded only 99$ but not the 29.99$ We have not heard back from them yet.
According to are bank the charges came from a card that was not activated by us, but was somehow activated.
