Its a bogus cell unlock company.  They offer low price for unlocking cell phones.  They will send automated order number and accepts pay pal money.  They will wait for 24 hrs and then send another email asking to enter the same details with one more query when the phone was purchased and where.  next day they will send an email saying they will not be able to unlock and send the money back.  But they dont send the money back.  This is my second time same thing happened.

They did not send the money back even after 3 months.

Dear Kiran J,

Sorry I have been unable to generate the correct unlock code for your
mobile. There are so many mobile out there sometimes the firmware on
certain versions mean I can't generate the code.

I have sent your details over the accounts team who will send you a
refund. Although normally quicker please allow up to 7 days for the refund
to get back into your account.

Once again I apologise for not being able to get the correct code for your
mobile. Your only option may be your network operator or a local shop who
can unlock via a cable.

Thanks

Jay

Hello

Same exact thing happend to me. I have just filed a Claim for a refund with PayPal.com, if you have an account. If you do not have a PayPal account like me call PayPal @ 1 (888) 221-1161 and ask for an Agent, then file the Claim on the phone. I have just filed my Claim over the phone, and was promesed by PayPal that, if the seller dose not respond or dose not provide a refund within 10 days PayPal, will issue me a refund on the 11 day, regardles.

Sound like a done deal

I hope the criminals behind http://www.unlock-code-world.com/index.php get what they deserve soon.
