I recently ordered red "uggs" from this company.  When they arrived they were fake and had a 3 inch cut down the side of the left boot.  I emailed "customer service" and they asked me to send a picture.  After I had done so, I received a reply informing me that the company would not refund my money and that I should just wear them anyway because "they are good."  They offered me 15% to "compensate."  I emailed them back citing their customer service page (which goes on and on about how great the company's customer service is) and letting them know that their offer was not acceptable.

I have not received any response.
