Without knowing of all the problems that other people have had with DriedPoppiesDirect, I also ordered from them.  I received the same automated email, only mine said that the Jumbos I ordered were not available, so they were going to send me smaller pods in place.  I immediately smelled a rat and sent them a CANCEL my order email.  After waiting half a day, I sent a total of FOUR more CANCEL my order emails.  As you probably have figured out by now, not a single reply back.  My order was placed on August 12th, and when I checked my bank account today (August 17th), I saw where they had gone ahead and charged my card!!!  I just sent them an email telling them that, if they don't contact me and explain what is going on, I'm going to file a fraud report by the end of the day.  I will come back and update this to let the rest of you know what, if anything, happens.  I will NEVER do business with this company again, regardless of the outcome.  Anyone who runs a business in this sloppy of a fashion does not deserve to have customers.

I gave DriedPoppiesDirect several days to answer my emails, with no response.  Today, I sent them a series of emails, telling them that this was their last chance to contact me, otherwise I would report the transaction as fraudulent.  I sent them a First Notice, then a Second Notice, then a Final Notice.  Still no answer.

So, I called my card company and reported them and they refunded my money.  I suggest that anyone who has not received a response from them do the same.

I don't like having to do things like this, but this company left me no choice at all.
