Complaint Review: hu-card.net

I, and apparently all of their customers, got the following message. This is nothing short of black mail and extortion. In essence it says pay for our product and do not return it or we will turn you over to the US Marshall's office and Direct TV for prosecution.

I feel that black mail and extortion should not go unpunished.


Message:
We are making a list today of people we are still owing outstanding loaders and cards to. We had to wait a couple weeks to see who got what. If after this time you and others have not received anything then we are positive we can ship another item.

Are you still missing a Loader? or You had said to CCNow it was busted. Is this still the case. We'll send another if it is.

Email us back at this email letting us know by tomorrow (Friday) to be added to the list.

Any unlawful chargebacks or refunds by CCNow will have your purchase information sent to the U.S. Marshal's and DirecTV. Purchase alone is a chargeable offense when proof of purchase is supplied which we have of course.

We will be shipping out to the remaining few what is owing to them. Let us know by Friday (tomorrow) what we owe you and we'll take care of it by this weekend. We have the desire to get you your product since our funds are frozen at CCNow until all customer inquiries are taken care of. This is why we are taking the harsh approach. We will not make you pay for something you have not received. We're consumers too. CCNow inquiries that are our fault will be taken care of when clients let us know what we still owe them. Clients who have received their orders and are requesting refunds have until this weekend to clear up the inquiry with CCNow or risk having their information reported to DTV and the authorities. No joke. Call it a going out of business ultimatum. My full attention on the inquiries matter is here and now. Email back quickly.

DSS Members.com will remain operational. All websites affiliated with HU Card Net including HU Card City, HU Cards Net will no longer be selling any products. The sites will no longer operate at all but Membership at DSS Members will continue as promised.
