Hubcap Annies Marrietta, GA. rip-off
We bought some after market hubcaps from "Hubcap Annies" in Marrietta, GA. We bought the hubcaps after the "nice" man behind the counter told us "We dont have the caps in stock you want".(We wanted the OEM equipment that came with the car)
We needed (1) cap valued at $40 (OEM). The (4) new caps we bought were sold to us for $83 plus tax. On the reciept the "nice man" wrote: "If the OEM caps are in good condition we will buy them for $40 dollars" (We had 3).
When we returned to the store, (10 days later) the "manager" told us,"We have plenty of those, we are not interested." When we protested he told us to get out of his store. We have a reciept with the info detailed before on it. Do we have any recourse here? Will this go anywhere? Is it worth it?

Ebay seller id hubcapjoes is also a ripoff. His youtube channel is crazeenydriver
You have to watch these hubcap sellers, they find caps under bridges and pay kids to rip them off then they sell them on Ebay for over 200% markup and wind up ripping off buyers. Stopinternetfraudteam.com has all the information on Joseph DeMarco of Oradel NJ hubcapjoes.com
