Gov HUD agents pretends to be a company similar to an asset company that manages properties for banks such as foreclsoures as well as Broker Price opinion assignments.  Realtors sign up for a fee with this company to receive these assignements by selecting certain  zip code areas.  Zach explains that it will be about 30 to 60 days to get you in the system.  You are required to send in all your credentials, resumes, etc during this interim.  However, this is a delay tactic to get the payment collected so Paypal will not refund or reimburse during this time frame for a complaint.

I signed up with them in early April and to date have never heard anymore from them.  I have called the company as well as Zachary Rosado and also emailed with no response.  After researching other blogs, it appears this Zachary Rosado has duped a fair number of Realtors all over the country collecting thousands of dollars from unsupecting agents in the hope of gaining assignments or REO listings.
