Hudiburg Chevrolet ripoff Midwest City Oklahoma
Well first of all i went to hudiburg chevrolet with my 2000 alero and when we got there we looked at a few cars and the we saw a 1997 ford expodition (eddie bower edition) our sales men joe gibson said that he would give us a good deal on the expodition so we said ok its only our 2nd time buying a car so we didint know he gave us the price of 12,000
We said no at first then he just kept talking and he talked us into it by the time we left we ended up paying 14,000 with a waranty when we got it on the road to go home we noticed that a back speaker was blown that wasent a big deal but then when we got to town we noticed the front right brake pads and roter were out
So we replaced them then about 2 weeks later the air suspension went out so we called about the warranty and we were told it was not coverd so we went back to hudiburg i talked to mario and he sent me to someone else that guy told me to go to a place on may that works with air suspension
So the other place i went to thought hudiburg was going to pay half so they told me of alot more problems that were not really problems at all so then i got tired of runing around and i took the expodition to the shop here in town and i payed 690.00$ to get that problem fixed and when i callled hudiburg to see if mabey they could pay half or even a lil bit because it haddent even been my car for a month yet i was told they would talk to managment and call me right back but i never recived a call back
After about two weeks it started runing bad and the check enging light came on so i took it to a ford dearler ship and they checked it out and they said two coils were bad and it would need a tune up and other things anyways about 1,200$ worth of things to be fixed
when we found that out we thought about it and said we no longer wanted this big problem so my girl friend called hudiburg and the man on the phone said for us to come back up there and he would put us in a nice new car and that we WOULD NOT BE UPSIDE DOWN because my girl firend stressed the fact that we didint want to be upside down he also said it would have a great warranty because the only warranty that we had on the expodition didint cover much of anything
so two days later we went to hudiburg and they told us we had to get in an 2005 with a warranty so all they had was a 2005 cavalier and a 2005 grandam and we said no so they said we had no choice because the car we had bought a 2months ago for 14,400 was now only 2 months later only worth about 7,000 so we knew at that time we had no choice and now we have a used 2005 20,000 miles on it when we bought it grandam that we are paying 21,000$ dollars for and we know thats not right so if anyone feels as if they can help us please do
thank you,

Really not much you can do...

First and most important, you'll need these .,?!. Add some punctuation in there, it's difficult to follow your story as it sits.
Basically there's not much you can do at this point. When you first went in you traded in a 2000 Alero for a 1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer- that's your first mistake. Granted the Expedition is a more expensive vechile than an Alero, but it's generally not a great idea to buy a 3 year older car than what you're trading in just so you can have a sport ute. The damage is done, however, so not much you can do there.
Then with all the issues you had with the vehicle you never once asked, or so it seems, for someone to explain what this $2000 warranty DID actually cover? You paid the extra money for the warranty, you had a right to know what was and was not covered on your vehicle. Also, if you paid that money and then traded the car in a few months later, you SHOULD be entitled to a refund of just about all of that cash.
Then you traded the car you had nothing but problems with at the dealership which gave you the problem in the first place! Why would you even consider going back to that place? They did nothing for you at all except sell you a $12,000.00 problem which you were forced to trade out of 2 months later. Why would you reward them with your business?
All that aside, I don't think there's going to be much you can do to unwind the deals in question here. You purchased both cars from this dealer, and unless they made some kind of error with your financing, you're likely stuck in the deal with your 2005 Grand Am.
The only thing I can see you should get back is a refund for the unused portion of the extended warranty on the Ford Expedition. Hopefully you kept the copies of all this paper work... call the warranty company and explain you traded in the vehicle. You'll likely need the odometer statement from when you traded it in for the Grand Am, the purchase order from that and the original transaction, and proof of payoff from whoever you were financed through on the Expedition. Get all that together and call the warranty company. You should get most, or possibly, all of that money back. If the car was traded in before the warranty was put in effect, you will get all the money back.
Good luck!
