Huffines Hyundai Very poor customer service, all they care about is $$ ripoff Plano Texas
We purchased our second Santa Fe from these guys because we liked the car and warranty.
As requested my wife called and made an appointment for an oil change. She arrived at the time and it took over one hour to get to her and only after she compained about the wait.
She received a customer service report request from them and told them about the POOR service and she has never heard from the agin. NEXT.
I noticed that one rear tire was bald on the inside (9,000 miles)and had it replaced and the rear end aligned. I then had the car serviced at Goodyear and they found a front tire bald on the inside.
I did the same for the front as I had for the rear. The it dawned on me that Huffines Hundai rotated the tires also? ? ?
I then received a letter requesting that we come in and upgrade to a new vehicle. I sent the sales manager the report from Goodyear and a letter of explaination. I add that me and my dad we looking for a new car and we WERE concidering Hundai but may go to Toyota.
I have yet to hear from the sales manager, months later. We will be buying a new Toyota this summer..!!
