Hughes Internet I have no service after 4 months.Its not worked for over 6 months.They want to charge to fix it. Nationwide Nationwide

I got this because I need internet and I had no other choice.It was put in in 8/2007 and by 12/2007 It stop working.I called out of the USA many times and they would trouble shoot it.I wanted to talk to someone I could understand so I ask for a manager,after more time on the phone I finally got one.I was talking to people in India and again I had a hard time understanding,and I told then I wasnt trying to disrespect them But I would like to have a Phone # to Hughesnet Company in the States.They tell me they dont have one.I told them I didnt need to talk to someone to trouble shoot ,Iwant to talk to someone to fix this and I should not have to pay for it.I had been payiny $80.99 every month drafted out of my bank account and no service.Now they say my warrant is out and ill have to pay to have my dish reajusted.That is $125.00 and maybe more.I have got them coming out to fix this on 6/26/2008 ,,if they can.I never even got my rebate ,well I didnt get any paperwork at all.
