Hughes net never told me when I ordered the service, that they would include unwritten pharses into the contract at their descrition. Besides being slow on upload and worse than slow on download, it is now shutting off and on ever ten minutes or called a rep and they want me to upgrade to gen 4. To correct my getting shut off, they will only charge me 99.99 plus an extra ten dollars a month for internet plus ten dollars for equipment rental. That is and extra twenty dollars a month for a total of seventy dollars just to correct their problem. The fifty dollars that I have to pay now, is a rip off without having to pay out more.
