This internet service is so slow. Dial up is faster and they won't do anything about it. After several attempts to have something done they sent a technician out. He told me it was never installed correctly.

I called them back and told them I should not be charged a service call since it was their installers fault. They insisted on charging me $125.00 for a service call after several minutes of arguing they agreed to charge me $75.00 and $10.00 off my bill for 3 months. So when I check my bill they charged me $225.00 for a service call. I called them back and let them know how disgusted I was with their service and ask them what it would cost me to get out of this contract. Well for another $250.00 I can get out of it.

I ask if they had a customer service clause in the contract. Her response “I don’t understand what you mean” I said like if you’re not satisfied you can get out, her response “no you’re stuck unless you pay early termination fee of $250”.

I will be paying that to so I can part ways with these crooks.
