I purchased high speed internet on 2/5/2018. The service was installed on 2/6/2018. I recieved 3 days of high speed internet. I called on 2/10/2018 after the internet stopped working on 2/9/2018. I requested to end service. They tried to fix internet for 20 min on the phone then sent a technician on 2/13/2018. I am a student at Houston Community College and this has already affected my livelyhood because I was unable to use the internet to complete my work. I requested again for the Technician to remove the equipment on 2/13/2018. He stated he wouldn t do it and also made a statement " Customers complain all the time about Hughes.net high speed service not working properly and he would not use the service because it is inproficent and does not work." I requested to cancel the service and the are trying to bill me 400.00 after they only gave me 3 days of service and beat me out of 65.00 for 30 days of service that I did not recieve.
