Sales push is for Broadband Internet Connection, Faster Than Dialup, Broadband Unbound (their words on their webpage) High Speed Internet By Sattelite, Wherever-Whenever and on and on. The reality is simply this: Fair Access Policy Threshold Exceeded. This is what you see along with a red light when you exceed the download limit that they fail to tell you about when you sign up and your broadband-throughput (not) speed is cut to less than dialup for 24 hours. This is automatic and the max for basic service is 200 megs. Go over that and your done for 24 hours. NOT FAIR. The FCC needs to do something to stop this unfair practice for unsuspecting prospective customers.
