We enrolled with Hughesnet because we were unable to get anything besides dialup at our location. I wish we had gone with dialup. We were sucked into a two year contract for poor service. Then after 2years we moved and cancelled the service.  To our surprise two months after we cancelled service we were charged over a hundred and fifty dollars to our debit card.  To add insult to injury, when we tried to discuss the problem, we were given a run-a-round with reps from India.  While trying to contact anyone to discuss this, we reached the customer service line (open from 8am to 11pm) only to be told that they were closed at 4:08pm??? Well, I am in the US and maybe my eastern time zone is not the same zone that they were quoting times for, because India wouldn't be open then...
