HUGHESNET DID NOT MENTION F.A.P DURING SALE OR BEFORE INSTALLED AND KEEPING MY MONEY IS THE SAME AS ROBBERY Internet

My complaint is that Hughesnet does not inform their customers at the time of sale or installtion about f.a.p. This is an important part of using your computer if you watch movies on Netflix and play alot games on Pogo. I found out about f.a.p the next day when my computer would barely operate. When I brought this up in a discussion with a supervisor at the 1-866-347-3292 number I told that I should have asked. Why would I ask about something that I know nothing about? I simply want my money back because lile I people on the phone if they would have told me about the f.a.p I would have never placed my order, I also wanted the $100 back for the pole that was installed in my yard the installer wanted to mount it to the roof with no gaurntees of no leakes which I wasn,t going to do. If I would have known about f.a.p there would not have been a choice to make.

Hughesnet is deceitful, and a company that big should not be allowed to treat the public the way they do, it,s wrong any way you look I wonder if Pradman P. Kaul the CEO knows about the way things are done, if I can get a letter to him he will!!!

HUGHESNET.COM THE INTERNET STILL SIMMERING BECAUSE HUGHESNET FAILED TO MENTION FAP DURING THEIR SALES PITCH

Just got off the phone with a supervisor arguing my point that fap was not mentioned during all their elaborate sales pitch, not one time was it brought up. I heard about everything else though, how large they were, with the 9000 how fast it would be, it would take a really huge thunderstorm to lose the internet but not one time did I hear about the most important thing, fap, I,m told now by the poeple in charge that it,s not their responsibility to tell, I should ask. That is the most assianin answer I believe I,ve ever heard. There,s a 30 day grace period if your not happy with the service my understanding was within that 30 day period if I cancelled I would pay for the pole if was installed, thats almost a given who,s going to let a sub-contractor drill holes in your roof with no guarntee that they won,t leak, and as far as the rest I would get my money back. Not the case Hughesnet wants $400 installation fee, the $100 I paid for the pole, which I think is a scam by the sub-contractor, Hughesnet says they will refund me $200 of $500 if I return certain items and pay freight on them. Something should be done about the way Hughesnet is ripping off the public, it,s not fair & I ,m sure there,s laws against it. I,m 67 yrs, old & retired I,ve always treated people fair and expect the same, how about you Mr. Kaul??
