Complaint Review: HughesNet Systems

I was told by HughesNet that their new Gen 4 System would support a static IP address.  Upon installation I immediately discovered that the Gen 4 system would not support my IP system.  However HughesNet picked up my old modem which I owned, charged me a  $100 installation fee and a $400 cancelation fee never the less.  I have attempted to communicate with HughesNet to settle this issue via registered letter and over the telephone with no return communications from HughesNet to date.  Very poor service and customer relations and technical support.
