If I am taking the time to right a negative report you know its bad because I never do that. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in life. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Once you give them your account information they are taking money from your account without you authorization for so many different things. When you go to get a refund everytime they go on and tell you how you will have your money back in three days. Three days turns into a month and you still dont have your money back from the company. I had to get a new debit card so hughesnet wouldnt be able to borrow anymore money from me. There service is horrible and they make no attempt to fix it. I should have known something was up when the tech guy who cam to install saw a verizon fios commercial and said you should of went with them. AGAIN DO NOT GET HUGHESNET!!!!!!!
