hughesnet They lied to me along...In the very begging, about fast internet svs? told me it could handle my whole house hold, of internet user, 5 tap top and 2 games all on at once.They assured me it would work? dallas, Texas

 MY SON CAN'T PLAY HIS XBOX LIVE WITH FRIENDS ON WIF IN THE HOUSE, BECAUSE IT KEEP KNOCKING HIM OFF FROM TALKING AND PLAYING WITH HIS FRIENDS LIVE DURING PLAYING THE GAMES.SO THE TECHNICAL GUY THAT I TALKED WITH TOLD ME TOO, TURN OFF THE WEB ACCELERATOR ON THE MODERN WHEN HE IS PLAYING? PUT, BY DOING THAT YOUR HUGHESNET BECOMES EVEN SLOWER? HE TOLD ME THERE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM? MY QUESTION IS? WHY IS IT, BEFORE I EVEN SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE CUSTOMER SVS ASSURED ME THAT HUGHESNET WOULD WORK WITH ALL GAMES IN MY HOUSEHOLD AND THAT I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS, WITH EVERYONE  ONE ON AT THE SAME TIME? I TOLD HIM HOW MANY COMPUTERS I HAD 5 AND 2 PEOPLE ON WOW AND XBOX LIVE....HE STILL SAID IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM? WELL IT IS!!! I FEEL LIKE I WAS LIED TO SENCE THE BEGGING, WHEN I FIRST SIGN UP? NOW I'M IN A CONTRACT AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH SLOW SPEED? I SHOULD OF PUT UP WITH MY OLD INTERNET. THAT WAS UP AND DOWN EVERYDAY OR DID NOT WORK AT ALL...BECAUSE IT WAS FASTER WHEN IT WAS WORKING? THANK YOU AND I'M SORRY BUT I FEEL LIKE I WAS LIED TO IN THE BEGGING AND HAVE TO JUST DEAL WITH IT? BECAUSE THATS WHAT HUGHESNET BASICALLY TOLD MY HUSBAND WHEN HE CALLED THEM LAST NIGHT. WHEN HE CALLED TECHNICAL SUPPORT....SO I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL. THANK YOU FOR READING MY STORY....FRANCES PETERS  P. S. I HAVE E-MAILED AND CALLED THEM 3 TIMES SO FAR. STILL NOTHING DONE ONLY HAVE HAD HUGHES NET FOR 6 DAYS.
