Contract states business is based on excellent service, and we want you to be happy with us. Should you have a problem,we want to hear from you.

I had (2) scheduled service apointments with no shows after waiting all day and re-scheduleing my dentist apointment for the serviceman. Consequently after receiving the quarterly bill $99 I returned it less $40 for my time lost.

Recieved call from theit West Palm Beach Manager who I discussed my reason for the payment dectuction. He was extremely arrogant and argumentive with no regard for customer concern that is directly in violation of what their contract says of which is dated 2012 showing my value as customer for the past (4) years meant nothing.

Their service man was not the problem it was their commuications form their office to him and they should accept responsibility for their negelience and be receptive to a customer complaint per their contract.
