I wish I had found this website before I bought my trailer from statline trailer, Hull trailer, Hp trailer whatever they are calling themselves.

I paid for what I wrongfully though was a good trailer at a good price, what i got was a project. I bought a brand new trailer anjd now I have to fix it or drive 20 hours round trip burning my fuel.  The problems I have with the trailer appeared before I got it home!

I looked over the trailer when I picked it up, I found a weld that wasn't on the joint in the tongue, and before I got home I found 3 more. the staff are rude and un attentive. The paint is razor thin and peels off instantly. There are no lock pins to hold the tilt deck down a big safety issue and when I brought it up they told me the hydraulics hold it. That is NOT SAFE! would you go under a vehicle supported only by a jack? NO ! much less a hydraulic system bouncing down the hiway.

The DOT reflective tape was peeling before I got home. In my frsutation I stated to peel the Hp trailer decal off, the paint came with it! THE PAINT CAME WITH IT. I picked at the paint on the rear lip with my finger nail and it flaked off!.  I have painted over rust with rustoleum and it sticks better than the paint they use.

When I showed the the missed weld they looked at me stupid used a forklift to lift trailer, chipped the paint, when they brought it back with tractor (I haven't left at this point) the tractor drive lifted the trailer with the tractor after I told him not to and dented the frame and chipped the paint.

Their warranty is a joke doesn't cover paint at all this should have been a sign but wasn't told to me untill after I paid for the trailer in full and had driven 10 hours.

The wiring is all un sealed butt splices and scotch locks. the "Weather tight" electrical boxes are just galvinized interior electrical enclosures,  not weather tight by any standard.

I was taken adventage of, I made them aware of this and they have no concern. >>>>DO NOT BUY a trailer from these people<<< spend more money on a trailer from someone else!
