Paid the bills here for 7 years. About 6 years in I got a call that the stuff in my unit was being moved due to a leaky roof. I was out of town unfortunately and could not get there to check on everything. Local scavengers frequent this place and go through your stuff at will - do not even leave your door open for any length of time.
The ongoing theft in Rockford continues to increase and little is being done about it. Employees there agreed I was due a settlement according to my agreement. They are insured $5k per unit from what I understand and have a $2,500 deductible the owner is to pay. They began processing a claim but all the action ended when the owner was unwilling to come up with his half of the claim.
Employees don't last long as once they learn of the lack of integrity, they disappear - can't blame them. The elevator has been unusable for some time now, and the owner also appears to be a slumlord as well (saw in another report). If you value your belongings - do not store them here!
