Humana Humana using deceptive billing practices Unknown Nationwide

Today is the 19th of January 2016. I paid earlier this month for my monthly fee. Problem is, they took my $45 for the month and a couple days later, they double dipped me for an additional $80. Now, being on social security, means they destroyed my budget as I have to extremely budget my funds. So I requested a refund because I had already paid for the month. First off they didn't give me my booklet expressing an increase( how should I have known, we are getting bent over for Obamacare) in my monthly fee. So I did tell the lady on the phone kindly that, I would appreciate someone be honest with me because when they DO NOT tell you up front, what your fees are. So basically, if they DID refund my $70, I would retro owe it back in february.

 

my advice to anyone reading this; go with AARP. I will during the next open season, enroll in AARP and hopefully get better treatment. I don't expect a company to deal honestly with me rather, atleast truthfully. French stewart in the movie "love stinks" said my sentiments in the movie, "the difference between humana and a hooker is, the hooker lets you know the price up front."

 

So I have to suffer another year with Humana.
