Humana They keep changing the Dr I can see for a follow up Only get double talk, uncaring, no help may lose my sight Internet
After going to the eye doctor Humana directed me to see, I was referred to a wonderful Ophthalmologist and treated for glaucoma. Prior to my follow up appointment, Humana, without my knowledge, changed Doctors in there system. Now I can't go back to my Doctor and I'm in danger of permanent eye damage. All I get from Humana is double talk and indifference. In fact, the customer service rep laughed at me after 1.5 hours on the phone with no help. Most of the time spent on hold. This is very sad that a company treats their customers so badly when they need help with health problems.
