I ordered a King Sleigh Bed by Winners Only. The product was delivered on 3/17/15.  Upon opening the boxed items, we noticed that both siderails are damaged. One is severely cracked at the foot.  I have called NUMEROUS times to be placed in a que and after 15-20 minutes, it hangs up.  I submitted 3 email requests for service over their website, finally received an email back on 3/23/15, with case #263912. They requested pictures of the damage.  I emailed them back on 3/26/15 including explanations and pictures of the damage.  I have yet to hear back. I again have tried emailing and calling and no response.  To this day we have the pieces of the bed and boxes scattered in our house waiting for some type of response from them. BEYOND irritated! 

 

The boxes that the product came in were undamaged - which leads us to believe they were packaged already with the damage present. They were wrapped up and protected very nicely and again, no physical damage to the box they came in.
