Humble Abode Worst Customer Service and Backordered products Internet

I ordered a bed on 9/8 and received an email directly after apologizing that it would not be shipped until around 9/22...well when I didn't hear anything on 9/22 I emailed and received a generic response of it being an estimated date and etc. I called on the 23rd to talk to a very nice gentleman who researched the order and called me back the next day. He stated the bed itself which online is still saying is in Stock is actually on backorder till the end of November. He gave me options and I told him I would call back the following day. Meanwhile, I received another email from Humble Abode stating the order will be shipped soon without any detail on when or what was really going on but a blanket statement

 

"Thank you for shopping at Humble Abode. We have been in contact with the manufacturer and they updated your expected ship date to: On or Around 9/28/2015. The initial Expected Ship Date was based on typical turn-around time for this item. We apologize that our initial forecast on your Expected Ship Date was not accurate. Our goal is to relay open, honest, and accurate status of your order. 

Sometimes items in highest demand have stock issues. You should know there is a first come, first serve system at the factory and your order is reserved on the next availability. Home furnishings can last a long time and be a big part of our lives. While you may have an immediate event in mind for your purchase, we have found customers are often happier when they buy what they really want. 

This is only an estimated arrival date, however, items can sometimes be available sooner, at any time within this time frame. We will ship your order and email you the tracking information as soon as it's available. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this change might cause you. 

Thank you for your patience. Your satisfaction is very important to us."

 

I treid to reply back to that email and it was sent back to me as undelivered and when I called to cancel my order today. The guy cut me off, asked if I was just cancelling and when I said yes, he hung up on me.

 

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Oh and I went to leave a review on the website yesterday and it STILL is not viewable so they filter their reviews to only the positive.

 

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
