I ordered a pizza from them over the phone by credit card and they told me 30-45 mins. So 1 hr goes by and I call, its on its way. 1hr and 45 mins go by and I call its already been delivered to you, EXCUSE ME! They tried to tell me they delivered it to me and I explained me and a friend were the only ones home, so they said ok we will void it for you, so I say I am coming up there to verify.

I get there and the delivery guy is coming up and he comes in and I say so u delivered it to me huh? he says uh, no, well I say can I see the signed receipt, and they wouldn't let me see it. So my friend and I started to get irate so they call the cops.

Finally I get to see the receipt where a John someone signed and I said that's not me obviously! And they wouldn't reimburse me and the cops wouldn't do anything for the fraud which was committed.

And still to this day i have not been compensated! They would not give me the receipt or any compensation or an apology whatsoever!! So To everyone DO NOT ORDER A PIZZA OVER THE PHONE FROM THE TAMPA BAY N. FLORIDA AVE BRANCH OF HUNGRY HOWIES! Because they will lie and steal(the guy gave himself about a 7 $ tip as well!!!)

An easy solution, Call your credit card company

#2Consumer Suggestion

There is a very easy way to get your money back. Call your credit card company and tell them the situation and that the police were there. They should have given you a report number, if not call and speak to a supervising officer. It may cost you anywhere from $5 to $15 to get a copy of the report, but you also may not even need it.

Let the Credit Card company know that this is fraud and that you protest this charge, they will at least have to look into it. I'm actually surprised your Credit Card company allowed this. With most, if someone signed a recite for the purchase who is not an authorized user, then the Card company should have also notified you of this charge in writing. I would bring this up to when speaking with the credit card company.

You can also file a complaint with your Attorney General's fraud/Identity theft unit. They do take this pretty serious. Good Luck.
