Complaint Review: Hungry howies

We have lived right down the street from this hungry howies for 3 years now. We eat pizza from this place 2-3 times a week. A few months back they got a whole new crew. first incident: got delivery cause vehicle was broke down was told 45 min they got here 2 hours later with the complete wronge order. Second incident: we went up there called 20 b4 and ordered it, was told 10 min we got there and still no pizza. Was told 20 min while waiting another costumer came in and said she had gotten the pizza delivered and got the wronge order so they brought her another order and that one was wronge

also so she came up there to get her right order. 20 min later still no pizza my fianc asked about our order and the crazy lady tried giving him one that has been sitting in the warmer for the last 20 min and was not our order or even warm finally another 20 min goes by and we get our pizza but..... Burnt. This same kinda situation had happend everytime since. Soooo needless to say we drive 20 min away to go to hungry howies now or get jets. Oh and also before with the old crew I called and they knew my name and what I wanted to order cause it is in their computers. Now they asked my phone number, my name and what I would like and still get it all wronge these people r just lazy and incompetent to even do their job
