I purchased new window treatments for my new home in 2021.  I went with Hunter Douglas due to their stellar reputation (or so I thought.). I had shutters made for my office which turned out great, but the banded shades had problems from day one.

They remade the shades, and the second set were just as bad as the first!  I was told by Hunter Douglas Consumer Affairs (John), that they have been having quality problems with the fabrics as well as supply issues due to COVID.

I told them I shouldn't have to settle and pay for an inferior product.  I want them to take back their shades and refund me my money.  I'm 70 yrs old and on a fixed income.  So, I cannot afford to replace the shades without getting my money back.
