Hunter Douglas Sold us expensive defective blinds which are severely defective, will not honor the warranty, less than three months old unknown

We recently purchased the best grade of Hunter Douglas blind for our home. The installed product is a mess wih the vertical blinds hanging with severe curves and gaps. Hunter Douglas has been contacted and they will not stand behind the product and will not send a rep to ivestigate.
