My apartment was selected as one for the anual city compliance inspection. The apartment failed inspection. Maintenance, at a later date entered my apartment to do the required repairs, but also stole five DVDs from my entertainment cabinet. I brought my complaint to the attention of management and was told they would investigate the issue. I went to the office multiple times to find out what the status of the missing DVDs was. I was then told by the manager,Laura "you keep bringing this up but you can't proove anything." She and the leasing agent Pam were rude and brushed the whole thing off as though it were my problem. Feeling that my personal belongings were not secure at this complex I decided to move prior to the end of the lease. I gave a 90 day move out notice, left the unit cleaner than it was when I moved in, provided forwarding address, and turned in the keys a full day early.

I had also filed a police report with the Plano police department, the Better Business Bureau, and the corporate office (West Corp Management Group located at 630 Trade Center Drive suite 200 Las Vegas, Nevada Ph 702-307-2881) of Hunters Glen apartments.

Hunters Glen apartments management did not respond to the BBB complaint after several attempts from the BBB, The BBB closed the complaint as of 10/26/2010 due to non response from management of Hunters Glen apartments.

The police report was closed because the manager of Hunters Glen apartments claimed that they had no record of who entered my apartment to perform the repairs.

The corporate office never responded to my letter.

I was charged the full reletting fee of $722.50.

I feel that due to the circumstances, I should be re-embursed the full amounts of the deposit of $350.00

the reletting fee of $722.50

the cost of the DVDs $50.00

and the cost of moving $411.00
