Hunters Services Inc. owner Cory Stahl Made a house pest infection eport that was not factual! He was called by a real estate agent because he did this free! The buyers found the report ridiculous as well as both agents! Chico California
Cory Hunter owner and operator of two pest businesses, one at 99 pearson Rd. Paradise Ca. 95969 and the one I dealt with in Chico Ca. came to my house in Colusa Ca. that I was selling and made a bogus padded pest and organism report.
If it weren't for the buyes real estate agehnt and mine having checked the house out, we all could have had a sale good bad.
He was saying floors and boards were not able to do the job they were intended to do. he luisted every room in the house and complained about a section he couldn't have gone in.
He comes out free makes a huge 8 page list that adds up to $2076.00 of which he can take care of immediately!
Giant scam!
While he was checking the house he opened up the crawl space to look under the house and left it wide open. he , also,
left diirt all over the floor. He went into the bathrooms and no one but him had been in these rooms at this time, and left pee all over the toilet! This was disgusting. This man was overall tearing every part of my house apart and couldn't
be professional enough not to make a mess in the house. I did some online research and other people were having problems with him over false billing.
this guy is a big scam artist that can cause a lot of damage to people selling homes as well as people getting ripped off if
they actually believed him!
