When I arrived home from work on February 21, 2013, I received a
notification from Huntington Bank that a change had been made to the Michigan
Pet Rescue bank account. I contacted the bank on February 22, 2013 and was told
that Margaret Florka had gone to a Huntington branch in Warren, MI with some
documents and they allowed her to change the signature and address on the
signature card. They would not tell me what documents she presented or what
kind of a transaction she performed on the account. I've recently had conversations with Sue Roberts of the Business Office in Cincinnati, Oh who told me, rather rudely, that she could not give me any information on the account. She would not tell me what documents were presented and why Marne Florka was allowed to make these changes. This was surprising to me since the last time the signature had to be changed; the former Treasurer had
to sign off the account for me to sign onto it as the current treasurer. In addition, conversations with my bank manager and the FBI both told me that changes could not be made without the proper authorization from the personal responsible for the account which I have been for almost three years. I had a few conversations with Ross Payne of the business office in Holland, MI and now three months later, no one will speak with me about this. and nothing has been resolved.. This was supposed to have been escalated. I’ve made several attempts
to follow-up on this and have not been able to speak with Ross Payne or any of
his superiors.

I operate a small animal rescue group in Michigan and the money in this account was for the food, litter, and vet exams for the animals in our care. Can someone help.
