Complaint Review: Hurricane Express

Kaedon, Sheldon, and Kathleen Steinert along with their flunkies stephan and jason are the biggest bunch of theives and liars that I have ever seen.

They tell the brokers not to tell the drivers what the rate on a load is so they can scam $800.00 to $1800.00 off the top and then take 25% off the backside. They will tell you that there is no fuel surcharge when they,re keeping that also.

When caught at it they tell you that the surcharge is to pay the office perssonel.(Sheldon) When you ask to see the freight charges on loads they don't have to show them to you. If they do show you a confirmation sheet the rate has been whited out and even though it was typed out the rate is hand written in.(Kaedon)

After four years of putting up with it I had the truck payed off and asked about getting title they found some bullshit reason to fire me then said I still owed them money for repairs that they manufactured up.

Their mother (Kathleen) who runs payroll knows they are doing this and says nothing. She asks her thief son if it's alright to give you a check, even though it's been three weeks since you've gotten a check and then they give it to you saying it was a gift.

These are people that should have their permits pulled and everythjng they own including the property that they try to hide by putting it in their wives and kids names sold to pay back what they have stolen.

They have no morals and they don't care about the drivers health or family life.
