Hurricane Protection Technologies - Generators Direct Failed to deliver a generator and kept my money Miami Florida

I ordered a generator on Feb.1/08 and was told delivery would be in 15 to 55 days. My debit card was debited immediately and still no generator by march 20. I cancelled the order at this time and expected my checking account to be credited back. They failed to do so after numerous phone calls and e-mails.
I contacted BBB of the Southland which made two attempted contacts with no reply. Next I contacted the state attorney general which,for now,linked me to consumer services which is now attempting to deal with them. My bank issued a request for a charge back from Hurricane Protection Technologies. They have ignored the bank' request to credit back my account.
The amount of the refund is $962.99,and I recommend extreme caution to anyone considering a purchase from this company.
