I placed an order for a wind turbine pma from hurricane wind power on April 2, 2012 for $389.99 plus $41.40 shipping. I payed in full on a visa bank card. I received an invoice and confirmation receipt via email showing my order. After several weeks not receiving the product or even a tracking number I Sent an email asking the status of the order. I received one back from Tony Jones asking for my number so he could explain the status of the order. I decided to just call and speak with him. He explained to me how he was backed up with orders from a contract partner that didn't take care of their half of the business. That phone call was on April 30, 2012.

After still not ever receiving my order for several months I checked the order status on the web page, it showed the order shipped in July of 2012 but I never received the order. I contacted Tony Jones by email and explained to him that the ship date must be a lie because no tracking number could be accounted for and I never received any order. He then replied with "no lies here" and a list of more excuses on how it was forgotten about. He reverified my order and assured that he would get it out to me.

It has since been several more months and nothing still. So I attempted to contact him again via email on March 13, 2012 and now my email is going unanswered. I have never been given a runaround like this from any company in my history of making purchases online. I'm sure I will have to cut my losses and I hope others will stay clear and not have to deal with this kind of business.

I've kept all correspondences with him on file for my defense when he argues anything different than the truth that is in this report. I "was" a real customer and this is a honest report.

No excuses here only facts. This was an order paid to be fuffilled from a formwer vendor who did not fuffill the order . We have many e mails per day and I missed Matts issue. We have had some of these issues and when a former vendor decides gets jealous sees they don't send you a memo that they are about to screw you. Presto Wind did not fuffil placed order. Hurricane will make good on the error. This is why all products are built within our facilities now as you can'r seem to trust many people there days.

 Case of the misplaced sticky note solved....I would ask for Matt to update this report when products are recieved. No need for documentation to be kept...you paid my mistake in part at least we will fix it.
