I am writing regarding this company due to their referral bonus they say they give. I have yet to receive my check for 100.00 and have talked w/Camryn 3 separate times and have been told Jed needs to sign the check she does not have authorization to do so. The third time I called I got Jim or Jed, in the background of my conversation w/Camryn, not sure they did not state their name stating I will get a check and the conversation ended and I had assumed I would have the check in the mail. One week later I am still waiting. I paid for my job they did and referred them a 23,000+ job, then a month ago I receive a letter stating they want referrals and I could get 100.00. NOT true we didn't get our money. So don't bother w/referrals with this company they don't really give you the money :)

I rec'd a call today explaining to me the situation regarding the referral bonus and was told the check is in the mail today and they expedited it sooner than I was supposed to receive it, which is 30-60 days and did tell them if that had been explained to me I would have never filed this report. So the issue is now resolved and they did it in a timely matter and will probably use this company again in the future for windows and/or siding.
