Husky - Husky Pressure Washer customer service all but non-existent Pacific Missouri
Bought a Husky 1700 pressure washer from Home Depot last spring. (2006)
Unfortunately I waited till this summer to pressure wash my deck.
Less than half way through, the pressure washer broke down. I tried to order parts from the Husky web site.
After many email exchanges, I was told their "new system" was not working and parts would be shipped when the "new system" was up and running. They could not tell me when that would be.
Tried to return the pressure washer to Home Depot explaining the difficulties I was having obtaining repair parts. Home Depot said there was a 90 warranty and would not take the pressure washer back.
I called the customer service number on the pressure washer and got a recorded message telling me to log on to the Husky web site. What would one do if one did not have a computer?
So, where am I now. I have a deck that is half cleaned and a pressure washer I have no idea when or if I can get parts to repair the @$%* thing.
Ah! I have an idea. Think I'll go to Lowes!
