On 4/25/10 I ordered a part from the Husky Powerwashers website.  They charged my Visa for the part that same day.

I have had a live webchat plus two telephone conversations with Husky employees, each time they assured me the part would be send.  They are full of promises, but no follow-up.

To date, (6/15/10) I have never received the part!

What kind of company charges you, uses your money for 7 WEEKS, without providing the service?
