I purchased a Husky Pressure washer model # HU80522 approximately 1 year ago from Home Depot. I have approximate 3-hours of total running time and now the gasket has blown in the manifold. All i need is a manifold gasket. I have called their customer service line at 1-866-340-3912, repair service center at 773-481-1899, visited a repair center service site gardnerinc.com with no success. The motor is Briggs and Straton the pump I believe is Techtronics Industries of North America. It appears to be no service or maintenance is available for any Husky Pressure washers.

It wasn't easy, but after exhaustive Google searches, I found http://www.huskypowerwasher.com (not on any product literature on my HU80522).

But then I found out via their live chat that this link only covers electric pressure washers, not gas. :-( They referred me to 866-340-3912.

I requested opt #1 and then #3 for technical sales/support and they were able to help me. I was looking for pump parts. They said it was manufactured by Faip as Model number PK17909 and pointed me to (((Redacted))) From there, it redirected me to (((Redacted))) to search/order parts.

It also appears that Faip and DeVilbiss brand names are interchangeable since I found DeVilbiss associated to PK17909 as well. I found out later (by calling back) that the actual Husky website for gas pressure washers is http://www.huskyoutdoortools.com. The website appears to be focused on product registrations but once registered, it appears you can submit service requests, perhaps for that manifold gasket as well?

If not, did you try the Briggs & Stratton websites? My HU80522 shows I have a B&S Model #6BSXS, with Type Code #1581VG.
