Complaint Review: husqvarna

husqvarna Lawn tractor has multiple issues, the deck support broke at the weld, Lowes is aware multiple complaints of this, I'm sure Husqvarna knows, no contact information on their site and the warranty site magically knows of no issues or recalls on anything. Lowes will not return email. I'm done with both of them, My Lowes card is cancelled after 13 years. Internet

Husqvarna riding mower witth multiple problems fromday 1 and has finally broken a weld at the deck support. I called and emailed Lowes, both the service department and manager at the store told me they were aware of problems. I have as yet to receive an acknoledgement of a letter I sent headquarters. I can not find a way to email Husqvarna, surprise, and the service department there does not keep records of recalls and has basically no knowledge of anything, surprise again. I am hot, I am though with both companies and am cancelling my account of 13 years. i'm just getting started telling everyone.

Frustration....

I can understand how frustrating your issue might be. But there are a few things you must concider before you start blasting a company on a website meant for ACTUAL ripoffs. How long have you owned this mower. Did you purchase ANY extended warrenty? How often it is used. These are all VERY relevent questions. If you have owned it for more then 30 days and do not have an extended warrenty then Lowes really cant do much for you. As it is a weld that has failed, that would fall on the manufacturer of the mower to make right. Lowes would have nothing to do with it. If your purchases of the product was less then a year ago it would fall under the 1yr manufacturers warrenty that most high end merchandise carries. Lowes would not be able to assist with it.

I just did a simple web search for Husqvarna and found MANY different ways to contact them.

Husqvarna CS number

7045975000

Next time place the blame where it belongs. The manufacturer who put out a slightly faulty product and yourself for your use of it. Ppl like to dig for some reason for someone else to pay for what is a problem normally caused by consumer use. There are more ways to connect with businesses then email. Get off your butt and do some reaserch. You can obviously type as you have posted here so start looking around the web.
